The City Clerk’s Office maintains official records, provides notice of public meetings for the city, prepares meeting agendas and coordinates municipal elections. It is responsible for the capture and archiving of public records accurately, facilitating public records and information requests expeditiously to the City Council, the public, City staff and other governmental agencies.
The Clerk’s Office is also involved with the appointment process of numerous boards and commissions. These boards are a great way to get involved with your community!
