Payment Extension

We understand that sometimes you may need more time to pay your municipal services bill. Our online payment extension allows qualifying residential customers to extend their due date—but you must request it before your disconnection date.


Eligibility

To qualify, we consider:

  • Your payment history
  • The past-due amount
  • How long the amount has been overdue
  • No prior broken payment arrangements

Important Rules

  • You can request two extensions per calendar year.
  • If you break an extension agreement, you will lose eligibility for one year.
  • Extensions do not stop late fees. A 5% late fee applies to payments made after the bill's original due date.

If approved, you will receive a confirmation email by the next business day.
