The Family Stone is the only band officially authorized by Sly Stone to carry on the legacy of Sly and the Family Stone. Led by founding member and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Jerry Martini, the group continues to share the band’s groundbreaking blend of funk, soul, rock, R&B, and psychedelia. Powerhouse vocalist Phunne Stone—daughter of Cynthia Robinson and Sly Stone—brings a dynamic presence to the stage, honoring her family’s musical roots while forging her own artistic path.

The Sensational Barnes Brothers

Gospel / Soul
The Sensational Barnes Brothers deliver a vibrant mix of gospel and soul, described by Pop Matters as “bridging the gap between the Soul Stirrers and Stax.” Their music draws deeply from their family’s musical lineage while appealing to modern audiences. The brothers are featured on Don Bryant’s Grammy‑nominated album Don’t Give Up on Love and on several tracks from XOPA by Latin Grammy‑nominated Making Movies. Their debut album, Nobody’s Fault But My Own, was released under Bible and Tire Recording Co., with their first album of original material released in 2025.

 Jazz / Soul / Reggae Fusion
Led by saxophonist, educator, and arts administrator Aaron L. Watson III, Pharaohs of Funk blends jazz, soul, and reggae influences into a distinct and rhythm‑driven sound. A Tallahassee native and graduate of Florida A&M University’s jazz studies program, Watson is currently pursuing a master’s in arts administration at Florida State University. His experience includes collaborations with Fred Wesley and George Clinton, as well as extensive regional performances.

Fueled by a love for diverse musical genres, SeanTMusic Global is dedicated to crafting soulful and innovative sounds that resonate across borders. From captivating compositions to dynamic performances, SeanTMusic Global seeks to inspire and connect people worldwide through the universal language of music.

Mahanaim from Center of Renovation Church  

Group Mahanaim started about 5 years ago, while it was only one person ministering in the beginning by the Glory of God we eventually became 6. Through the hard times and process, when times of giving up came the groups faith never stopped and we kept going. Our Pastors Eddie Morales and Diana Bermudez have always been our #1 fans without their support we don’t know where we could have been now. We thank our God for providing the strength we need to be able to move forward and because of Him we have traveled through Florida for different events! This is not the end and our goal is to spread the word of the Lord through dance! 

KDC and the Sunshine Sliders

KDC and the Sunshine Sliders brings new and old rhythm and moves through the Art of Line Dancing. Check out their free line dancing classes at Mary Sue Rich community center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:45. Whether you are experienced, new to the dance floor or just love to dance, join for an hour of dancing fun. You will learn the basic steps of many soul line dances while getting a workout at the same time.

Q: Are coolers allowed?

A: No, but food trucks will be on-site with soft drinks available for purchase.

Q: Are chairs provided?

A: No. Please plan to bring your own chair or blanket.

Q: Can I bring food into the event zone?

A: Yes, however we encourage you to check out our food vendors.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: Yes, however they must be leashed and picked up after.

Q: What if it rains?

A: The event is rain or shine. 

Q: Is there a first aid station/medic on site?

A: Yes, a first aid station will be located at the Info tent.

Q: Can I come onsite to sell stuff?

A: Only approved vendors may sell items onsite.

Q: What is the restroom situation?

A: Restrooms are available on-site at Webb Field and there will be additional portalets. Restrooms are ADA accessible.

Q: What can’t I bring into the festival?

• No alcohol
• No weapons of any kind
• No tents, beach umbrellas or shade structures of any kind (small, handheld umbrellas are OK)
• No glitter or confetti
• No grills
• No balloons or inflatables
• No laser pointers
• Any item deemed unsafe by OPD is not allowed
