Office of Strategic Engagement

The Office of Strategic Engagement is responsible for fostering engagement opportunities both within the organization and with the public. These opportunities are delivered through various methods and channels, including, annual strategic planning, ongoing monitoring and reporting of the City’s key performance indicators, state and federal legislative affairs, employee engagement surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, focus groups, citizen resource education sessions, and community outreach activities, all with the goal of encouraging employees and citizens to take an active role in their local government and community affairs.
