These divisions are responsible for operating the Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) and Water Reclamation Facilities (WRFs). All team members in the operational section are required to be certified by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). The treatment plants are monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to ensure compliance with all state and federal standards and to incorporate best management practices.
